I heard last week that my paper for this year’s International Leadership Association conference in London has been accepted! It seems like a long time ago that I drafted it whilst on the road in India, but October will be here before we know it.
The paper is entitled Global Gender, Diversity and Inclusion Best Practices : Think Global, Act Local; and this interesting blog article from the Harvard Business Review also serves as a timely reminder that:
