You may be doing some great work for and with your employees – but do they know about it?  Do your clients?  How strong is your messaging and your communications strategy?

With a successful career in communications, project management and diversity, acquired through working for a major retail bank followed by eight years with the world’s largest professional services firm,  Cleo understands the internal communication framework, how to engage your stakeholders and, crucially, how to manage the external market forces which can add so much value to a successful HR project.

At PricewaterhouseCoopers,  Cleo  set up and ran their award winning global diversity function,  creating both diversity and communication initiatives to promote the firm’s work around the world. Her many credits as a writer include authoring a toolkit on how to create an in-house networking group; researching and writing the groundbreaking reportThe Leaking Pipeline: 79 women share their stories; scoping, scripting and serving as Executive Producer of the filmClosing the Gender Gap, showcasedat the 2009 World Economic Forum; and founding one of PwC’s most popular blogs,  the Gender Agenda.
